Q: What are your shipping details?
A: We currently ship from the main studio almost daily, but not on weekends. Any orders from our NY studio location will ship in 1-2 business days on average, unless you ordered something very new that needs to be processed or a custom, then you add a week or so. Tracking information for any order will be sent to the email you used at checkout.

Q: Can I request a custom scent for your products?
A: We offer customs in many products which changes throughout the year. When we are extremely busy (holidays) we don't offer custom soaps, but we may other times during the year. We usually offer other customs like lotion or body oil. Just search the word "customs,: to find the current offerings and be sure to leave your scents in checkout notes. 

Q: Are your products cruelty-free?
A: Yes, all of our products are cruelty-free and not tested on animals, well... that's not exactly true. We do have wax melts that we make on site with our pet parrots so technically... they are test parrots. Or, maybe just "testy." parrots? Either way, they prove how save our fragrances are by being robust, spicy and hilarious year after year.

Q: What products do you sell?
A: We sell a variety of natural, food based and cruelty-free products including soaps, lotions, body sprays, wax melts, and candles. All of our products are handmade in the USA by a chef with premium food based ingredients to care for the most sensitive skin. We also have collectables, gift boxes, curio and Norse inspired jewelry.

Q: Do you offer any special deals or discounts?
A: Yes! We offer a variety of discounts and special deals throughout the year. Be sure to follow us on social media and "Join the Flock," in the menu to stay up to date on the latest offers. We often have a first customer coupon available at the top of the home page. 

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Unfortunately, direct product returns cannot be processed with bath and body products due to certain laws. HOWEVER, if you are unhappy for any reason, please grab a human here in chat (we will respond) or in email and we will make things right by you. 

Q: Allergen Warnings?
A: We strive to label our products both on the product and the website correctly. On the product page, you will find our ingredients & known allergens listed right there. We do offer coconut-free products at this time. Please note unless otherwise stated most products contain coconut, and some seasonal items have almond oil.

Q: Will your soap help with eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis etc? 
A: We cannot diagnose or claim to treat any illness or conditions per FDA regulations. This put's us in a position where we cannot really recommend a particular product or claim it will aid you, even if it does. We can however direct you to read our reviews, these are customer statements about observations they have made while using our products. 

Q: Your soap is expensive compared to some other brands... why?
A: Let's talk about it! Sadly, many other brands you might see in stores that claim to be made in the USA, all "natural," weigh a certain weight and are made in small batches... aren't. They just say they are and therefore can charge far less than those of us that actually do live up to their promises to you, like us. Our products are the real deal. 

Q: Are you hiring? 
A: We have entered a growth phase of our business that makes us always on the lookout for great people to add to the flock. To stay abreast of the latest offerings, we highly recommend joining the discord which we post jobs to and our email and sms lists. Check out "Join the Flock," under the website menu options. 

Q: Do you have a physical store I can visit? 
A: At this time, we are solely online except for our very local customers in Nyack, New York. The good news is we will ship right to your door- and fast! If you are overwhelmed with what to get as you cannot smell anything from where you are... we have created multiple variety pack options for you to try small amounts without the full commitment. 

Q: Do your shampoo bars work on color-treated hair? 
A: Yes! The owner has actually tested this on her own hair, and found that, unlike other shampoo bars, ours do not strip the color when used. 

Q: What is Printify, and what are their policies? 
A: Printify is a ship-on-demand service that we use to send certain customizable products to our customers. As this is not something we have control of, and the product is not shipped from our studio, we are not responsible for any issues during shipping. Please note e can also not include these items toward our Free Shipping at $75 offer; you will have to pay for the shipping from the Printify supplier.
