Raven Moon Gift Wrap Papers

This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and the sort of thing I would expect to avoid by going with a company that makes such a big deal out of being domestic and quality focus.

In person and at full size, it's immediately apparent that the design is poorly done, particularly where the pattern repeats. It has birds that have no heads, heads protruding from tails etc. The branches are nonsensical, the moons and stars are all weirdly and randomly distorted.

To make it worse, I didn't realize that the Birds of Valhalla flat rate doesn't include these gift papers, which are print-on-demand from a different vendor. The domestic shipping cost was *higher* than the cost of the gift wrap itself. I immediately tried to cancel and was told that it was too late.

BoV has been really touchy about feedback on their use of AI art, declaring that anyone who cares is ignorant, uninformed, and/or intentionally difficult. Even if that were true for packaging, it is absolutely egregious when the wallpaper art is so flawed. Make sure you look at the preview images in detail to know what you're really getting.

On the upside, the paper and ink quality are decent.
